She found our land literally within minutes, set up a meeting with a civil engineer for advice, drew up a contract immediately, and stayed with us for anything we needed during the entirety of closing. She has subject matter expert vibes, strong IQ, sage technical knowledge of the community, and incredible interpersonal negotiation skills. I can't recommend her enough!
