Chris has a solid reputation as the premier realtor for waterfront and unique properties in Southern Maryland. I know; I have now used Chris twice to sell a home in Calvert County.

Don't use Chris if you aren't willing to ensure your house is in top condition, read: investment and work. The result is being able to list a house at top dollar. After a few home projects, we were not shy about our listing price for 2320 Miles Way. We had multiple offers in 8 days and were able to choose the full-price offer with no home sales contingency... in a down market and over the holidays. Pretty amazing.

Chris knows exactly what to focus on to prep the home for sale. As an example, we put new cooking appliances in the kitchen to increase the kitchen's appeal. She knew the market and was positive that a 5000 sq ft post and beam home on 2.6acres less than 1000 ft from a community beach on the Chesapeake Bay would be an outlier, not necessarily affected by the market downturn. She was correct!

Chris used a professional photographer that captured the home at its best. She turned that into a web presence that was impressive and appealing.

During the offers and negotiations phase, I counted on her wise counsel. We did provide some consideration for a replacement roof, but the other nits from the inspector were remedied quickly by trades professionals that she has in her well-developed network. The result was a maximum return.

Through all of this, Chris is always available for a call or a text. Her team backs her up well if she has a conflict. Her demeanor is friendly and informative. It has been a pleasure to work with Chris and her associate Will as we sold ‘Westbay'. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experiences with this professional.
